More About Us
Our Mission
We started Chrysalis Retreats based on the idea that people are interested in undertaking a journey from the outside world to their inner nature. Our retreats are located in the most stunning and peaceful settings, so that our guests can enjoy an enriching and memorable experience that will change the concept of daily life into moments of deep connection and appreciation.

We first met back in 2018 as part of a start up project providing free coaching to women in Greater Manchester, Queen Bee Coaching. We came together through our love of coaching and our commitment to supporting women's development and have continued to find new ways to do more of what we love with wonderful humans.

We are experienced and accredited life and leadership coaches committed to empowering women to live with authenticity. Together we bring a powerful combination of calm / playful / searching / insightful /leadership and group coaching styles. We love to co-create with the people we work with and ‘dance in the moment’ to respond to whatever emerges. We are familiar through our work backgrounds with public services, charities, social enterprise and the private sector. We love walking and exploring our beautiful countryside, whatever the weather!

Meet the Team

Caroline Marsh
Coach & Nature Lover
Hi, I'm Caroline and I have had a long career as a senior leader in public services - in adult social care then prisons and probation - before dedicating myself to coaching. I specialise in working with women who have a sense of social purpose. My coaching style is calm, compassionate and searching, provoking new perspectives and action - working with clients to make change for themselves. I am an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.

Rachel Airs
Coach & Host
Hi, I’m Rachel, I have extensive leadership and business management experience in the hospitality sector and personal development has always been at the heart of my leadership approach.
I specialise in working with women who want careers that align with their values and dreams.
My style is calm, generous and light. I believe that laughter is the shortest distance between two people and that fun is a catalyst for learning.
My work is influenced by current research, professional training, and my commitment to continued professional development. I am certified by The University of Cambridge, a Member of The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), and an Accredited Strengthscope Practitioner.
